Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us.
we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us 48 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and pups on our waiting list miss the opportunity to be bathed or groomed.
– Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the customary charges for the services your pup was scheduled to receive.
– No notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the customary charges for the services your pup was scheduled to receive.
– Future appointments will have to be paid in advance and subject to our cancellation policy.
